We were proud to bring Mitie’s Team Talk Live Roadshow to their employees across the UK in one whirlwind week! We were set the challenge of producing a set ‘in the round’ with the set being delivered and rigged in the evening, up to 4 shows delivered in the day, the set packed down, driven to the next location and rigged, ready to do it all over again the next morning.
We designed and delivered an AV set-up including screens, sound, cameras and a lighting plan that allowed for a theatrical delivery to Mitie employees UK wide. We facilitated interactive elements such as ‘catch-box’ mics, seamlessly integrated video content with live-to-screen camera feeds of speakers and spot lighting that could go to black to add to the theatrical delivery.
It was hard work for everyone, but it was so worth it and we were over the moon when the roadshow was awarded 3 Employer Brand Management Awards!
